Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use our online returns portal for this purpose, although its use is not mandatory. If you use the portal, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal immediately by electronic means.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of fourteen days has expired.

Costs of Return
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These amount to a flat rate of €10 per shipment (DHL parcel within Germany).
Compensation for Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
To avoid any loss of value, we kindly ask you to return the goods, if possible, in their original packaging and unused. However, this is not a requirement for the effective exercise of your right of withdrawal.
